Solving the Problem
1)
The opportunity of increasing the amount of
parking spots for college students definitely exists. However, there are
multiple ways to go about this procedure. The best option would be buying a
piece of land and transforming it into a parking lot and charge monthly rent to
those who need it. Furthermore, there
would be security measures in order to ensure safety to those who leave their
cars overnight.
2)
The product and service provided will be the designated
parking spot for each car and also security. Furthermore, it may need to be
taken into consideration a means of transportation to those who live far away
at night to ensure their safety. For example, if you park at the lot at night
and feel that you feel unsafe, a security guard can escort you home.
I think that parking at UF definitely needs to be improved. The spaces themselves are absolutely tiny and there are nowhere near enough of them. I think the security guard escort would be cool but it would be another expense that the university would have to pay for, which who knows, maybe they would. But overall I do agree that an increase in the number of parking spots would greatly benefit many people at UF
