I agree with your statements that the EPA should be targeting the larger companies, as those are the ones who emit more gases and other emissions anyway. The new regulations can be very taxing on the smaller businesses. I also enjoyed reading that 2017 is going to be a good year/has been a good year for the economy and we have recovered from the 2009 financial crisis. Hopefully our economy will continue to grow and prosper! Well done!
